question Opinions on Jackson Super Hero New

Forum: BoaterTalk

From: tigershark

I have a Jackson Fun right now and love it for play runs and such but I am looking to move up to more difficult water and am in need of a larger boat.

First off I am 140lbs, 18 years old, size 10 feet with around a 32" inseam.  I have been kicking around the idea of getting a LL Huck, Jefe or a Jackson Rocker but the Super Hero recently caught my eye.

I was wondering if any of you out there have paddled this boat and know how it handles hard river running and moderate creeking.  My main concerns are the length 8'6"(Being able to quickly steer and me possibly being to light (I am too high on the weight range to consider buying a Hero"

Thanks,

Paul

note It's fast & nearly autorolls. It's temping as a creeker, but I prefer a more straight up creekboat for creekycreeking. Dale New

note Do not use "super fast" for any boats under 10 feet in length. <NT> ezwater New

note The CM out turns a Magnum? I'll believe it when I paddle one. I own a Magnum because it turns so easy and boofs so well. TonyRobinson New

note Fun, zippy boat:  great for chop and bigger water.  Rocker better for low vol creeking/stability ClayW New
