There are lots of variables, but I think most people who boat class V in a creeker would run class IV in a riverplay boat.

At the II-III level, you should be able to run anything in the fun series.  But as you advance, and hazards like pinning and pitoning and must-make ferries become more common on your harder runs, you will like the added security of a creeker.

There is no "limit" to what you can run in the fun.  I'm sure people run stuff in them that I wouldn't touch in my creeker.  But for most people, a creeker adds about a class (+-) to what they can run in a riverplay boat.
