	I have one that I use for paddling/surfing and generally working on various moves(ferrying/attaining/peel outs) in fast somewhat shallow water. I like the helmet. I have taken some good hits. The helmet wasn't damaged only scratches. Before I bought one, I went to a Dick's Sporting Goods store to get a size guideline. I tried on the Cascade lacrosse helmets. Then after receiving the helmet, I outfitted the helmet with the various pieces of foam I had laying around from outfitting my kayaks plus other peices that came with my other SR helmets. Its worth $ 75 dollars.
