	Im not talking about the mystic river development.  If you go above the put in past the power plant and keep going there is a new building being built.  The creek/stream is fenced off for around a mile and there is a sign near there that says "1/4 mile to the new NOC rivers end store"..  I just saw the sign last weekend.  May not have anything to do with NOC and I hope not, I was just going by what the sign said.
