	Career change is probably the reason a lot of pepole stop paddling I have known several people over the years that I would see on th river/paddle with,fairly regular that have hung it up and when I run into them again out on the street its usually all the same a New Job?But for me I know that not being in the paddling industry anymore has made me cut way back to nothing but local stuff "within 50miles" and very few long Trips and no more all weekender's?I don't think I will ever truly be Quote "out of the Sport" I have always said it as long as my body lets me I will always be paddling somewhere and that for sure....... I hope this isn't your Idea of coming up with a good reason why you need to Stop paddling??????????
