	I dont know who you are but you must be an idiot. I think you should run the falls because in my eyes the blackwater is a class 6 run that should be illegal. I have twenty years of safety and have been known for multiple rescues on the lower yough. I always have at least three throw bags at all times even when im not kayaking in case of an emergency rescue situation. My father was a member of the Sons of the Confederacy and he was out raged when rosa parks sat in the front of the bus.  The law is there for a reason. Not to be broken. This country would be a lot better if no one broke the Law.
