question Double D and IR sizing New

As I posted a few days ago, I'm in the market for a drysuit, and the Double D looks very promising, especially considering both the price and what I know about IR customer service and general quality.  I don't think it will be practical for me to try one on, however, so I had a size question for anyone who owns one or has tried one on.  Here are my stats:

6' tall
190 lbs.
42" chest
34" inseam
16" neck

This puts me right in the middle of what the IR sizing chart calls Large.  After buying a Patagonia Nemo drytop in large and having it be pretty small on me, I'm a little wary.  I don't want to get the extra large if it's going to be huge.  If I trust the sizing chart, the large should be perfect.  So if you have any input, do you think IR dry top and drysuit sizing is accurate for a normal winter attired setup?
