I'm a Class III-IV SE boater and I'm going to Phoenix tomorrow for a week. I'm looking to paddle the Upper Salt while I'm there. Does anyone know of an outfitter that I could hook up with to get some gear or some other boaters in the area? It looks like it's holding a pretty good level and I'd love to check it out.
