and if so, which university?  I was just thinking about it yesterday and there has been a long line of good boaters who had started or made improvements from the Outdoor Pursuits program here at MTSU.  I can think of more than 30 off of the top of my head. I know UNCA, GA Tech, and a few others have developed a few as i have paddled with some of those students on the river.
