The bottom of the zero on the US 64 bridge gauge equals about 350, I think. At that level most of the gorge rapids are still runnable but Boxcar and the Clog are starting to get slow and bumpy. I personally stop running Boxcar when it drops below 2 inches because of the rock that sticks up and can slow you down at the bottom of the flume near the bottom drop.

I definitely would not run it below zero on the bridge gauge, but other people do. But from my experience it can still be fun between 350 and 400.

I may see you over there later today if I can sneak away from work. Please post your visual of the gauge. Hope this helps.
