	its in Voss in July. good times, good times. there is an oufitter than you can rent boats from in either Kongsberg or Oslo, i think their name is "Bull" or something like that. i don't know of any outfitters other than mariann (?) the pro boater that runs trips over there. when i went we knew a guy that lived there and we went to the festival. looked at the sorja festival too, but didn't go. norway is a cool place and beautiful country. the boating is pretty hard though, not a lot of easy stuff. lots of big drops and big water. hope you get there and hope you get to Voss as its a great town.
