	they have to realize with their local knowledge/experience that nothing will be running. That would be like me planning a week of east tn rivers for a couple of europeans traveling over , in August rather than say March or April , and telling them I'd guide them on class iii/iv rivers and when they got here taking them to the tellico for elf flows and watching them scrape down while I counted my money...IMO, its not very responsible of the outfitter to book creeking trips in the dry season.
