Thanks for the kudos. Just sad a post about a positive article published by an organization that focuses on connecting the boating community turns into...... this.
Even on the practical side, ignoring politics-- it's wonderful to be able to get my gauge information in one place and know that some group is advocating the cause of whitewater, even if not perfectly or the way that each of us would see fit.
