A woman is only pregnant for nine months.  No sense whatsoever in screwing that up.  Even on the easy stuff.  It only takes a quick swim and hitting the wrong rock.  Then more than one life will be changed.  For ever! 


That is some very serious business.  Trust me, if something bad happens you will never be the same.  Even if it is something you have no control over.  I could not even imagine how one would feel if it was something that could be prevented by excercising some good judgement.  No, you don't have to be under lock and key for 9 months but no WW.
