I just checked the weekend forecast for Oneida, TN (BSF) from two different sources, NOAA and Weather.com, & there is a significant descrepancy. Has anyone found a reliable weather site, or is it all just hit or miss?

One more silly question. Can anybody explain what "Percent chance of precipitation" actually means?

I think it relates to how much of your yard is going to get wet.

I go with Intellicast.com but the best is usually the local news website.
