	On our local run, rafters without coast guard approved PFDs can be ticketed.   The national park service oversee's the river   Of late the river has been overrun with fly fisherman.   Many of them are sporting those sit in innertube looking rafts.    Anyone know if the fisherman who are floating down the river using those setups are required to have pfds? http://images.cabelas.com/is/image/cabelas/s7_315877_renderset_01?$main-Large$
