...about the weight range being 90-180lbs.  I weigh in at about 155-160 with winter gear and am at the top of the effective weight range.  This boat is not about how high or low it floats looking at the parting line...Im sure it would float a 180 pounder just fine...the issue is that it has a very slight keel in the bow and above about 160 or 165, the keel enganges too much and makes the boat a bit harder to turn...obviously not a problem for you though.  IMO, consider the "ideal" weight range to be 90-150.
