note Fair prices for used boats......... New

After serching for used kayaks over the past week,I've decided its not worth the risk of buying a used boat for a little off the cost of a new one.Anyone can get a brand new 2008 boat of your choice for $850.00 with the warranty, delivered to your door and used boats are going for anywhere from $500-$800.Do  kayaks break more easily these days and what is a fair price for a used boat?
