	birthdays, anniversary's, anything short of your own wedding can and will be postponed if there of a major rain event. but this could be just for boaters in general regardless of level. I guess one could sit at home all day and worry about them on class V, but bad things can happen on any class of river. We also tend to smell a bit musty and don't look too comfortable when in formal clothes.
