(or mining, there or in esquel) is that of tourism and such, driven by people that lives there with help of interested outsiders.  If people cannot live there anymore,  because of the ashes of the volcano, that excuse kind of dies out.
Unless the volcano brings an earthquake, its actual effects benefits (from my perspective) these companies.
hopefully, i am wrong.
