	They can be a bit tough if they haven't been on the water in a while, but I've never had major issues with putting on a bombproof on a properly fitting cockpit. It's the only skirt I've had so I can't make other recommendations. First one lasted about 8 years, though some of that was sitting in a garage. The second I've had for 2. Given the way I boat, they tend to sit for a couple weeks between weekend trips and putting it on for the first time can sometimes give a few problems, but after getting a bit wet it pops right on.
