our tires touching the white line on the shooulder of the road.. He was okay with us drinking beer though. It's apparently okay to do that as long as you're not parked at one of the "developed" parking lots or campgrounds. So, I wonder what would have been a bigger ticket. If we had parked at a "developed takeout" and got a ticket for having a post boating beer or our $75 roadside ticket for "obstructing the flow of traffic"?
Yeah, he was nice, but he still wrote us the tickets. BTW, if you at the Ocoee, drink your post boating beer's in your buddy's vehicle. Open containers are not illegal(yet) in Tennessee for passengers. Better in the car on the highway there than getting hassled by the rangers at the river! |
