I guess if you had the nerve you could try it, but complain about customer service after dealing with it for six years is definately over the top. Kokatat is awesome but don't go thinking that they will replace a leaving drysuit for free (especially after six years). They will patch it up but you're going to pay for it. Patagonia is the only company I've ever known to do the lifetime thing and stand by it.......but they discontinued their paddling line didn't they
