note Yes- you can hike in, although it is not exactly easy to get to the base without bushwacking... New

you drive up from T-Bone about 400-600 yards and you will start up a steep hill; you will see an old forest service road on your right with a pull off; park and walk down the FS road for about 50 yards and it will just kinda randomly end; stay high on the hill and begin bushwacking parallel to the paved road above you for about 100-150 yards and you will be at Cosmic Crunch; continue up about 50 more yards and you will be at Bricklayer. You can hike down on the rocks there. Watch out for Copperheads and such, they love that area.

You can see Bricklayer from the road if you pay attention when heading up through the small gorge after T-Bone; it is right after Nemesis- but there is not a pull off there.

Despite what some of the other posts have said, it is NOT right below Dry Falls, it is a good distance downstream.
