a - suits that rule
-- must be made with breathable, laminated fabric.
       -- are always expensive
-- are very repairable....but you must be vigilant
       -- still wear out someday

b - suits that suck
-- are always made of impervious, coated, nonbreathable fabrics

-- have a very limited lifespan, as the fabric cannot be 'revived'
