and i think that by stating lifetime warranty, they need to be clear about it.  Craftsman (which is part of your comapny..) backs up their stuff 100%, except torque wrenches and a few other minor things, but they clearly state in their warranty terms.  maybe companies will learn from this, because it's apparent that kayakers are nit-picky about wording. . .
