	I 've had 78's on my 4-runer and 6 years now on my TDi golf ,what you gotta worry about is the ends of the bars smacking someone in the head what I did was cut small holes in flourescent road hockey balls and jam them friction fit onto the ends of the bars,this prevents anyone form getting injured including yourself ,the added benifit is you will never lose your car in a parkinglot tennis balls work just as well if you can' t find road hockey balls
