First thing, remove the center pillar from the front.

With your 3" minicell cut a piece to go across the entire bow and shape it.  Leave the sternmost side really flat.  Repeat 2 times.  Put them in and put in the center pillar without re-screwing it in.  Go until they are touching.  Since I'm short I also added a couple pieces to each side of the center pillar.  Keep doing this until tight as you want.  You don't need really close fit until the last piece since the last one is the one your feet will touch.  I just sat in the boat with a bunch of 2" thick pieces and kept putting them into position until I knew how many I wanted.

Remove everything and glue together with DAP weldwood contact cement.  Mine ended up as a slightly football tapered "U" about five inches thick in the center and with the sides extending another couple inches past where the center pillar will fit in.  I covered the whole thing in duct tape to make sure it won't ever come apart then put it in the bow, then reinstalled the center pillar, this time screwing it in.  Thing won't move at all, there are no gaps, and it is super comfy.

Other things to do to the outfitting are to take a 2" think 5x5 square and cut it diagonally into two equal 5x5 wedges.  DAP these together into one big wedge so that it is 4 inches thick at one side and a 1/4 inch or so at the other, pull up the thighpad from the bottom and DAP it into place as a knee block.  What I did was to place the wedge into position without DAP, mark the proper spot with strips of Duct tape, DAP it up and place it perfectly.  AMAZING difference in comfort and control.

Last bit of outfitting for me is to remove the happy butt and replace it with a pad made of 1/2" thick neoprene.  That will provide the grip I need without the bean bag.  No matter how much I like the idea of the butt bean bag, it always moves around on me and I can't stand that.  Jackson hip pads are the best so no change is needed.

Altogether I spent about 2 hours fitting this one up.
