	I've done it a couple of times and got really good deals both times.  If you have no way of finding out who the owner is why is it wrong to buy stolen boats?  I got a really sweet deal on a Jefe Grande that way.  It was like almost brand new and the guy didn't really know what he had and I got it for 300.00 dollars.  He seemed pleased and I was too.  It only took a little bit of work to get some numbers off the boat and remove some stickers that might have made it recognizable to the original owner.  But I didn't steal it right?
