	take out the pillar, fill the bow with the paper jamming it in with your feet until it takes up the appropriate amount of space. Lay the "block" on top of the foam and cut. I always cut it out a little bigger and trim as needed. Hope this helps. Chris Brigman Rock Creek Down Under Dagger
