	when a river is made up of 5 features (Rocks, Waves, Holes, Eddys, Eddylines) it is a good idea to be friends with all 5! Rock Spins teach you about rocks and are really fun! My new Strokes and Concepts DVD actually has a bonus chapter on Rock Spins and relates them to Strokes and Concepts, very fun. It will be available in a month or less. :) EJ
