...I still wouldn't suggest driving far for less than 300 cfs unless your desprate or can spend a few days here.
Also, without someone who knows the low water lines you probally won't have nearly as much fun. Many of the low level lines are not obvious and many contain hazards that arn't always obvious either. The whole run is much harder at low levels.
It should also be noted that after suicide gets too low... Upper Two to Powell Trail is still easily runnable down to about 150 cfs... and suprizingly fun.
