Bad example, because the law requires you to have one. There is no law mandating the use of a key. There are other options in the very local area for parking. You just gotta be creative. Not saying I've used them, just that if you do a little planning or thinking, you don't have to bone up $60 to some lonely backwoods family because the wildlife people won't let us build a 30 yard long trail.
