	I'm fully aware of the situation.  I live an hour away.  I've been boating since long before this ever was an issue and people still put money in the box...well, at least guys I was with.  And it's not that "logistics prevent it" it's all the cheap ass fucktard boaters who can't pony up without Woody watching them write the check for the key.
