	just out of Highlands. Dum ass was in the middle of the road. No way to keep in his lane. Fortunately for me, he stopped before he pushed me off the mountain. Locals told me the guy had no business using that road, that there were other routes. NC state patrol showed up and said "You don't even have to tell me what happened" and proceeded to write the guy a ticket.
