They are from by a high profile company, and are marketed for river/creek use. The problem is that they have NO TRACTION ON WET ROCKS. None. At all. I have worn them twice and almost suffered severe injury twice.

Do you think my local shop should take them back? They were sold to me by another kayaker who knew my intended use, and suggested that they would be great.
