	Kudos to you for not mentioning their name, although I'm sure it would only take me three tries to figure out which shop it is. I think your first step always has to be to contact whoever sold them to you... like my dad always said, "you don't ask, you don't get". You certainly have a case there. You were sold the wrong product for what you need by a store associate. I just find it hard to believe that you would let yourself buy a product that wasn't going to work for you. You're pretty smart, he must have been a good salesman.
