five.ten. : Too bad they've cut the line to the canyoneer2. Still, if you can get it to fit in your boat it's golden. The Stealth S1 rubber is THE best river sole material
Teva: Yeah I know their recent designs have been hit or miss with regard to comfort but you know the spider rubber is going to stick at least pretty well.
NRS: Again hit or miss and whoever put the sole on the desperado sock should be drawn and quartered but at least they know that a "river shoe" means a shoe that stays on in current and needs to walk on steep slick rocks.
I'd like to add Nike but the Toketee seems to be a fluke. Still my favorite low profile boot.
Vibram STILL hasn't learned how to make a good sticky rubber sole...
Now all the companies that make good river shoes have one thing in common. The soles wear out quickly. It's just the price you pay. Sticky=soft=short life.
