	If they're giving you the runaround, apply to other places.   When you get an offer from another place, *then* call and say, "I have another job offer, but you're my first choice.  I need to give an answer to this other company, and I was wondering how close you were to making a decision." That way, if they really want you, they'll make a decision right away, but if they continue to give you the runaround you know to move on and take the sure thing.
