Forgot to tell you: also, the Upper South Fork Boulder landowners are pissed as well for the same reasons. I talked with some last year. Really nice folks, with very legitimate concerns. I posted a warning on AW regarding that yesterday. Upper Dearborn likely VERY much at risk, being that all those landowners up there are neighbors and if you piss off one, the others will be on the lookout. It's VERY EASY to be respectful. Just walk on the trail, don't poach the road even though it's a stone's throw from the trail and easier dragging/hiking, mind the signs, SLOW DOWN, Keep the music down, and don't cross fences.
