it seems pyranha decided to simply lengthen the REV M to get the REV M/L.  (their website is wrong, both M and M/L are 24" based on pyranha staff measurements in NC)  i can understand their goal to fit taller paddlers, but i think taller typically means at least a little heavier.  they stuck with a 24" wide hull, and simply lengthened the planning hull. i'm a little worried they may have lost a little looseness in the hull.  IMO the 420 was really not that loose, so perhaps pyranha is focused on other performance areas.

i wish they would have bumped the width a little to in between the Rev M and Large widths...like a direct scaling which i think jackson does in their sizing.

thanks!

note The fact that taller DOESN'T mean heavier is exactly why they make a M/L, not just S,M,L tcookson New
