Sure, the fabric wets out and stops breathing...until you take a five minute break in the sun, or portage, or scout.
The thing is, here it can be 85 degrees, but the water temp is still 34, so a drysuit makes sense. But it also means that it's HOT if you are scouting/portaging/having lunch. A nonbreathable drysuit/drytop SUCKS in those circumstances. |
