note Hydroskin sizing New

I'm looking to buy a s/s top and long bottoms in hydroskin.  I hear NRS sizing can be a bit tight, so I was wondering if anyone had any feedback to share.  I'm 6'2, 190lbs, with a 42" chest, 34" waist, and 33" inseam.  According to the sizing chart, I should be about an XL,  but I hear a lot of people say you should order up a size.  Am I really looking at wearing XXL?

Thanks,
Chris

PS Plan B is getting an NRS Farmer John, so any info on sizing there would also be appreciated.
