	I'm 5'10" and used to be about 190 when I started working here :-) I almost never wear wetsuits, but I wore a Large once for a photoshoot, but I remember wishing I had an XL. Thank God they fnally took that picture out of the catalogs! Hope this helps. -Blake NRS
