I think the LG is way easier. There are two good places to die there but you don't have to go within 100 feet of them and:
1. Almost all the rapids on the LG have one move max or easy sneaks.
2. The Ocoee is more continuous.
And think about it: if you had to flip on the LG or the Ocoee which would you pick? If you had to swim on the Ocoee or the LG which would you pick? To me the choice is obviously the LG.
