For the record, as a weekend warrior, a Friday release wouldn't matter much to me; I'd much rather have more weekend flows.

Asking for opinions on BT is fine, but you should consider that the people who bother to post may be more outspoken and opinionated than the typical person.
I thought the play features downstream of the take out was a great idea, if I'd realized that speaking up on the forum mattered, I'd have thrown my two cents in. I can't think of a major river in WV that hasn't been crosed by pipelines, buried cables, been dynamited for logging, low water bridges, levees.  Moving some rocks around in an essentially urban river is just not a big deal.

I guess my point is, don't take the $.02 of the internets for anything much more than that. You all are the ones who live and boat there all the time.
