just understand where u were coming from. under 800 is definitely useless for a raft. I'd prefer at least 1000 on that upper section myself, too. i've run that section down to about 250cfs and would never expect folks to travel here for much under release levels for that section. i will say it's better than I thought at around 400 simply because the two big rapids channel out real nice and get real creeky with some NICE boofs.
