	My point is.........Gene gets no support from the local boaters because we know how he is.......so he gets on here and tries to drum up support for some misguided Don Quixote conquer the windmill quest......although "sometimes" I think he has good intentions most the time he is way off base and I'll say that to his face and anything else I've said........The COE was contacted one of the last times he got on here spouting off about summer releases and I don't know who he has been talking to but the chief hydrologist in Huntington hadn't heard of him........so my frustration as well as others around here isn't unwarranted........we all think he is full of it.......and jbseay and Tony Robinson can kiss my ass 'cause I've been around up here for 13 years and don't have a clue as to who either one of you are so you couldn't have been up here that much to know the situation.......and Tony Robinson I don't appreciate anything Gene does because he's going to screw around and mess it up for everyone......
