question My cell contract is ending So what service should I get??? New

I paddle mostly the Mid Atlantic and South East.

I am trying to decide between Sprint, At&T, and Verizon. Who do you think has the best coverage?? 

I've heard Verizon has good coverage, but they don't have sim card based phones.
