Russell Fork at 3000
Gauley above 6000
Farriver right at sandstone falls, New River
Mile Long at high water on the New River dries
High water North for of the blackwater in to the lower blackwater is good and pushy as well

Not in WV, but Sieve City on the Caney Fork is a good one at high water

Basically, just go run something above the recommended flow and you'll have what you want.
